We are pleased to inform you that your application has been approved for the Evaluation Assignments phase 1. As part of this stage, you will complete two structured evaluation tasks designed to assess attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and professionalism.

As an evaluator, you’ll play a key role in providing valuable insights that help improve products, services, and community initiatives. You will be handling two separate assignments:

Both assignments are designed to assess customer experience, service quality, and overall functionality.

Assignment 1 – Retail Store Location Evaluation

You will visit your chosen store locations near you.

During your visit, you will evaluate:

  • Customer service experience
  • Store presentation and cleanliness
  • Staff engagement and product knowledge
  • Transaction efficiency and overall professionalism

Assignment 2 – Cryptocurrency ATM Evaluation

You will evaluate the nearest cryptocurrency ATM within your area or assess its associated application remotely, where available.

This task focuses on:

  • Machine/App accessibility and visibility
  • Condition and apparent security of the Machine/App
  • Clarity of instructions on screen
  • User interface flow and ease of navigation
  • Overall customer experience environment

Why This Evaluation Is Important

Cryptocurrency ATMs operate in high-compliance and high-security environments. Proper evaluation helps ensure:

  • Machines/Apps are clearly presented and accessible to customers
  • Instructions are easy to understand for first-time users
  • ATM locations/Apps meet applicable safety and compliance standards
  • Brand reputation and customer trust remain strong

Your feedback contributes directly to operational improvements and regulatory consistency.

You will receive your reporting guidelines and evaluation forms in a separate communication from your coordinator. Assignment 2 will be tailored to your understanding and can be completed using the applicable observation guidelines.

NOTE: Upon successful completion and approval of both evaluation reports, details of your next assignment will be communicated to you.
